Frequently Asked Questions

A few answers before you have to ask — browse by category, or open whatever question is on your mind.

✦

General

ParkieVault is a little corner created by PJMs for fellow PJMs. Over the years, we’ve shared countless memories together — some big, some small, but all meaningful in their own way. What began as a small idea has slowly grown into a home shaped by the people who make this fandom special.

As the Vault continues to grow, its heart remains the same — a place built by fans, for fans.

ParkieVault is run by fellow PJMs. Everything you see here is maintained by volunteers who simply love Jimin and enjoy creating something meaningful for the fandom. There is no company behind the Vault — just fans helping other fans and doing their best to keep this little home alive.

No. ParkieVault is a fan-run, unofficial community project. We are not affiliated with Jimin, BIGHIT MUSIC, or HYBE, and we don’t claim to represent them in any way.

Yep — every part of the Vault is free for anyone to use. Membership doesn’t cost anything, and there are no paid tiers or hidden fees.

✦

Membership

Just sign up with a display name, email, and password. You’ll receive a verification email to activate your account, and from there your profile is ready to use across the Vault.

Every signed-up member is a Community Member by default. Hub Member is a separate membership within the Vault with access to the Member Hub. Most members will simply use the Vault as Community Members.

Hub membership is managed separately, and additional information will be shared whenever needed. For most members, being a Community Member is all that’s needed to enjoy the Vault.

Your display name and email can be updated any time from your Profile page. Country and linked social media accounts are set at sign-up and can’t be changed afterward — if something was entered incorrectly, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.

ParkieVault is a home built by PJMs for fellow PJMs, and we ask everyone to treat the community with kindness and respect. In most cases, there’s nothing to worry about. However, accounts involved in serious misconduct, harassment, abuse, or repeated violations of community guidelines may have their membership status reviewed and, when necessary, removed.

✦

Member Hub

The Hub is a separate part of the Vault created for Hub Members. It exists to support the community and provide a more close-knit space for members who share the same goal of supporting Jimin and the projects built around that journey.

The Hub brings together various spaces, resources, and community activities designed to help members stay connected and support ongoing projects. Content may naturally evolve over time as the needs of the community grow and change.

Hub access is tied to active, good-faith participation. Membership issues are rare, but like any community, we may occasionally review access when needed to help maintain a respectful environment for everyone.

Heart Of The Vault

We welcome memories, stories, artwork, appreciation messages, fanbase information, and other meaningful contributions related to Jimin and the community. We simply ask everyone to be respectful and avoid spam, offensive material, or content that infringes on the work of others.

You can share contributions through the submission forms available across the Vault. Each section has its own way of receiving submissions, making it easier to contribute to the spaces that matter most to you.

Not always. Some contributions may be reviewed before they are published. This helps keep the space organized, meaningful, and enjoyable for everyone.

Yes. If you need to correct information or would like a contribution removed, simply contact us and we will be happy to help.

Not always. While we appreciate every contribution, submissions may not be published if they contain inappropriate content, spam, misinformation, or material that does not align with the spirit of the community.

Technical Issues

Use the Forgot Password page and enter the email linked to your account. We’ll send a reset link valid for 30 minutes — if you don’t see it, check your spam folder before reaching out to us.

Double-check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still hasn’t arrived after a while, contact us with the email address you signed up with and we’ll look into it.

Try a hard refresh or clearing your browser cache first, since most issues resolve that way. If the problem persists, tell us which page, what device and browser you’re using, and what you saw — that helps us track it down faster.

Send us a message through Contact Us with as much detail as you can — what you were doing, what happened, and a screenshot if possible. Every report is read, even if it takes us a little time to reply.

Didn't find what you were looking for? We're happy to help.
